GoDaddy.com "customer" service, aka "a joke."

So, they stole $10 from me. $10 isn't a lot, really, and this was a matter of principle more than it was a matter of me needing the money. But let's face it. If I wanted to invest an extra $10, I could most likely find a better deal, or I could've gotten myself an extra year for a domain. The situation:

The domain registrar I've been using over the past years has been godaddy.com. Despite their huge (and I mean that in the "kilometer" way) spamming of "offers" whenever I email/look their way, they're cheap, and that's first/foremost what I want.
One such offer caught my eye, though. I was buying a .com domain, and they said "You get .net, .biz and .info for $15, saving 46%!" Perfect, so I took the offer, thus buying 4, rather than 1 domain, as I had planned originally. Hit next, default is "2 years", sounds good, hit next, get a summary of things, read $52 as the total price, nod trustingly, and enter my CC info and go through with it.
Only later did I realize that $52 (which was actually $57, though I'd misread it) wasn't really "right." If I paid $15 for the other three domains for 2 years, that's $30, leaving $27 for the .com domain. What, I paid $13.50 per year for it??

So I emailed them, and here's the complete email listing, ending with them chiding me for usage of profanity (which is just hilarious, btw):

I especially love Mr. Timothy's chiding there at the end. It gives me that fuzzy feeling of "man, these guys really care about me being their customer." Do you think they care about you being their customer? Or how about your friend? Or their friend?
Thanks for reading.
